Victor Pomar

Vice Admiral of the Peruvian Navy in retreat, Partner of AC3 Consultores, with extensive knowledge in processes and regulations of the National Maritime Administration and General Directorate of Captaincy, experience in planning and directing large-scale strategic projects in the naval industry and metalworking.

With more than 37 years of service in the Peruvian Navy, serving the following positions: Head of Division and Department in Surface Ships, Joint Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, General Director of Captaincy and Coast Guard, Chief of General Staff of the Navy, Naval High Command, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Director of the company SIMA PERÚ SA, with more than 2000 private employees.

He has participated as a Peruvian delegate in the International Maritime Organization in different Committees and working groups for two consecutive years; He also assumed the direction of the Peruvian campaign for the permanence of Peru in the IMO Council.

It also has the following studies: Master in Maritime Strategy, in Maritime Policy, Senior Management Program (University of Piura), Senior Management Diploma for Defense (PUCP), Business Administration Program (ESAN), Maritime Expert in the specialties of “Helmet and Machines” and “Maneuver and Navigation”.
