Founding partner of AC3 Consultores, a company specialized in the development of efficiency projects in productivity, energy and costs in the industrial sector in general, especially hydrocarbons and natural gas.

Chemical Engineer from the National Engineering University with a Master in Chemical Engineering. The Program for the Development of Managers (PAD) at the University of Piura followed. Participant in the Process Engineering course at the UOP-Chicago Illinois Company (one of the largest licensees of the Refining and Petrochemical Processes in the world).

He worked for 10 years at Petroperú and 27 at Repsol-La Pampilla Refinery, where he was Operations Manager and Engineering and Development Manager.

He participated in the formulation, technical-economic justification, designs, development and implementation of projects, with a total accumulated investment of 1,000 million dollars. Achieving that the Repsol refinery is located in the 1st quarter in the world in Security, in the 1st quarter in South America in energy efficiency and in the 1st quarter in the world in operating costs.

Represented Repsol- La Pampilla Refinery in ARPEL (Association of Oil, Gas and Biofuels Sector Companies in Latin America and the Caribbean) and belongs to the AICHE (Chemical Engineering Association).

He has participated in international events (Europe, South America, England) representing Repsol-La Pampilla Refinery and Peru in the IMO (International Maritime Organization) events developed in London, to analyze the application plan of the MARPOL standard.

He has been a professor at the National University of Engineering in the Master in the Faculty of Petroleum and Petrochemical and internal trainer in Petroperú and Repsol.
